In regard to cybersecurity, Thailand should accelerate enhancing cybersecurity both by
developing key mechanisms in coordinating and determining the direction of national security
development, setting up a fund to promote knowledge and awareness starting from school,
as well as setting up regional agencies and agreements as a framework to set cybersecurity
development in the direction more converged to the basis of universal values. This must be
conducive to capacity building towards similar implementation and actions, while each state
may have different conditions and contexts.
