related to the enforcement of gender rights based on self-determination,
time constraints on utilizing these rights, the process of filing a second

impacts, the research indicates that advocating for this legislation has led
to a shift in societal attitudes, emphasizing the importance of public or
societal interests over group interests. At the same time, there is concern
about varying law enforcement in different cities and regions, generalization,
and the unequal assignment of roles and responsibilities to women,
differing from those of men or other genders.
Therefore, the recommendation is that the objectives and scope
of legal enforcement must be clearly specified. The individuals subject to
legal enforcement must be defined in relation to the legal consequences
of gender recognition, including the impact of gender identification in
official documents. Various measures for preventing discrimination and
promoting gender equality must be outlined. It is essential to be explicit
and to define the goals, processes, and outcomes of implementing this
legal framework. Academic and civil society circles play a crucial role in
studying, researching, and providing recommendations for the various
actions of this law to reduce operational bottlenecks under the law.
