(3) cases with complaints. Second, police structure and investigation work

should be reformed to establish a new organization separate from the
Royal Thai Police to be specifically responsible for criminal investigations.

Last, the reform of investigation work should adjust the administrative
structure within the police organization and integrate criminal investigation

mechanisms like forensic science to verify evidence in cases.

In both cases, although there are laws to enforce fair trade
competition, the use of discretion in translating laws into practice has

led to gaps and interference by political parties and those who hold
economic power in the country reflecting the lack of trust and fairness.

While trading goods and services in e-marketplace platforms,
there is unfairness to small traders. The suggestions aim at amending

trade laws, and the state should support small businesses engaged in
business seeking sustainable growth at the same standard. Adjusting
