Trading products through an e-marketplace platform involves
online product transactions where consumers are unable to physically
inspect the product before making a purchase and payment. Purchasers
rely solely on reading the product details and viewing the images
provided by the store. Consequently, it is quite common for consumers
to become victims of deceptive practices by the store. Such deceptive
practices can include delivering products that do not match the images
or details provided by the store, providing counterfeit or illegal products,
and falsifying information and images to make consumers believe they
are purchasing authentic and copyrighted products. Furthermore, there
are cases where mistakes occur on the part of the store, resulting in
issues with the delivered products. These issues can range from stores
providing defective products and damaged items to stores delivering
