4) Other suggestions include: (1) empowerment to amend laws
to be more consistent with the conditions of trade competition and
the economic system by the parliament through a special commission
to consider law enforcement issue and create proposals to ensure
fairness; and (2) political parties should propose policies to promote fair
competition, break down monopoly, increase capital for potential small
entrepreneurs, push to amend the Trade Competition Act, and use fiscal
measures to distribute wealth for the benefit of economic development.
