               When consumers receive products different from those they

        ordered, they can return the product through the process provided by
        the e-marketplace platform as required by law. If out of warranty period,

        consumers may no longer have the option to exercise their rights to
        return products and receive refunds. Some victims of such situations may

        choose not to pursue complaints, as the value of the product is often
        insignificant compared to the complexity of the complaint process they

        must navigate. In many cases, consumers may fail to retain evidence of
        their online transactions, causing them to miss the opportunity to file

        further complaints. Additionally, the complaints process is often disjointed,
        frequently halting at the reporting stage. Complainants may be unaware

        of the status of their complaints during the process.




               Analyze Causes of Injustice in E-Marketplace Platforms as
        Social Crises


               1) The causes of unfairness include legal issues. Many of the
        existing laws related to these matters in Thailand may not keep pace

        with changes in social conditions and digital technology, and they may
        not adequately address the issues. Even though relevant agencies are

        making efforts to address these problems in many cases, there are still
