They serve as networks between buyers and sellers and offer valuable
information, news, and training for the development of online businesses.
From the study, the issues of injustice in e-marketplace platforms
include the following.
1) Dominance in the Entire System of Business by E-Marketplace
Platforms
The expansion of trading in goods and services through
e-marketplace platforms in Thailand has led to the integration of
business ecosystems for platform service companies. Initially, these
e-marketplace platforms focused on serving as central markets for
online buying and selling. However, as the e-commerce sector in Thailand
continues to grow, these service companies expand their operations to
include various consecutive businesses within the e-commerce ecosystem.
These business expansions include marketing, payment transactions, and
transportation and warehousing services, thereby creating a comprehensive
business environment from upstream to downstream. While the growth of
e-marketplace platforms fosters the development of related businesses
within the system and gives new startup opportunities, particularly
in logistics and warehousing services (fulfillment), the service companies
behind these platforms expand their operations tremendously. The strategy
