and monitor the work of the Trade Competition Commission; (2) the
disclosure of overall and specific decisions of each committee member
to enable the public to examine and follow up on the performance of the
commission in accordance with the principles and the spirit of the law;
(3) a duty to support sharing of knowledge and budget for the private
sector to prosecute cases on behalf of the private sector itself and the
public in the case of business mergers or any important trade actions
affecting overall economic conditions; and (4) the opinions among
stakeholders should be taken into account to make decisions about
complaints of stakeholders before taking cases to court.
3) Support from the government includes: (1) promoting
small and medium-sized business operators by reducing the tax rate in
business operations, providing access to capital at low interest rates to
create incentives for business, and creating fair competition in the economic
system; (2) providing knowledge resources about trade competition and
personnel development training for those responsible for law enforcement
to enable them to perform duties efficiently, transparently, and in
line with the spirit of the Trade Competition Act; (3) involving citizens,
consumers, organizations responsible for protecting the rights of
consumers, small and medium sized business operators, interested
agencies, and representatives from the government sector in amendment
to the law, and (4) conducting performance evaluations for law
enforcement officers and officials of the Trade Competition Commission.
