opinion for decision and waiting for consideration of an Emergency
Decree until notification of the decision of the Constitutional Court
(Section 173, first paragraph).

4.6 Right to express opinions in the state administration
in the event that the Cabinet of Thailand asks for opinions in
the case of significant problems in the state administration

(Section 165).

4.7 Giving opinions on the preparation of ethical standards

jointly set by the Constitutional Court and independent organizations
(Article 219).

5) Rights of the senators

5.1 Right to ask the Ministers questions on any matter
related to their duties in writing or verbally (Section 150).

5.2 Right to call for a general debate in the Senate in
order for the Cabinet to declare facts or clarify important problems

related to the state administration without a resolution (Section 153).

5.3 Right to examine the terminated membership of any

senator of that House (Section 82).

5.4 Right to name accept allegations against any member
of the National Anti-Corruption Commission under Section 234(1) by
