Concerning the aspect of the connected and integrated inspection system, researchers found that
the sub-aspect with the highest score, at good level, was integration between ministries and the Prime
Minister’s Office (mean 6.60, SD = 2.76). The lowest score sub-aspect, at fair level, was support system
for unduplicated work (mean 5.83, SD = 2.91). The three groups of informants gave each sub-aspect
similar ratings, as shown in Figure 5.
