Impacts of Crisis
Obstructing fairness in the justice process due to political claims,
coupled with the Constitutional Court's decision, further polarizes and
divides society. There is no middle ground, and the Constitutional Court's
assertion that advocating for institutional reform is equivalent to attempting
to overthrow the government only exacerbates the situation, making
it even more contentious and raising questions about the fairness of
the justice process.
Suggestions
The law and the judicial process should not be used to suppress
dissent. Instead, an open forum for discussion should be conducted to
find creative solutions, such as parliamentary mechanisms. Eliminating
dissent cannot completely quiet the voices of demands. The more the
