the necessity of resolving underlying issues. In terms of the methods of
prediction, prevention, and resolution, research plays a key role in seeking
answers to these challenges.

Social crises manifest in various forms with diverse causes and

events. At times, they serve as the backdrop of specific points. On other
occasions, they become the focal point of study. What remains consistent

is that they often emerge as a consequence of actions or events.
Furthermore, they are frequently invoked as a vital principle to determine

which individuals or agencies should step in to address social
problems or crises. Addressing social crises requires the collaboration of

multiple sectors to identify their components to discern the true signal.
Subsequently, collective examination of the social processes is necessary

to identify factors hastening the progress of a crisis. Finally, guidelines
must be established to effectively manage social crises and mitigate

their impacts.

This study presents relevant concepts to achieve crisis prevention

and resolution, including power-sharing democracy, city management,
political participation, civic politics, and reconciliation. The research team

included all necessary processes to determine the guidelines for preventing
and resolving social crises. All sectors in society must work together to

implement the guideline for setting common goals in society.
