Executive Summary

Due to social crises as seen in many cases, conflicts occur in many
sectors, such as the unrest situation in the southern border provinces,

chronic and protracted political conflicts, corruption in justice processes,
unfair trade competition, inequality in accessing resources and the

environment, stirring information Structural violence can become
a long-term social crisis, meaning the way of life in society is uncertain

or different from the normal condition. If there is a social crisis, it will
lead to decisions, events, and actions of turning points resulting in better

or worse conditions than before.

Therefore, studying important social crises can serve as a guideline

for opening up social discussion in seeking ways to relieve their impacts.
An open space for communication to share understanding can

transform factors contributing to social crises into forces for further social
development in the country. The important objective of this study is to

examine cases of social crisis to learn their factors and research ways to
prevent them through policies.
