discrimination, which clearly appears in the case of Bang Kloi Villagers.
Refusal to accept local cultures in case of Bang Kloi villagers clearly
reflects discrimination in access to environmental resources in terms of
arable lands.
(3) Meaningless participation process challenges feedback process
in assessing environmental impacts like EIA, an important tool in deciding
