Conclusion
When the peace scores in 2019 and 2021 are compared, the peace indicators reveal the
increase in the peace scores in Thailand from 3.42 in 2021 to 3.37. The peace scores for the two
years were still considered moderate. When the level of peace scores classified by the four
indicators of peace was considered, the P1 indicator showed no physical violence. The peace score
in 2021 was 3.60 points, resulting in a decrease when compared to 3.64 points in 2019. The P2
indicator concerning safety and security in society in 2021 was equal to 3.29 points, higher than
3.23 points in 2019. In 2022, the P3 indicator concerning acceptance of diversity/non-
discrimination/respect for human rights contained the peace score at 3.44 points with an increase
when compared to 3.33 points in 2019. The P4 indicator concerning social equality and fair
distribution of resources contained the peace score at 3.35 points, an increase when compared to
3.26 points in 2019. There are three increases in the peace score in 2021 out of four affecting the
overall peace score of the country in 2021. Details are shown in Table 1
