reflect the level of economic development. The vertical axis contains the peace indexes. If the
value is positive, each province's 2021 peace score is higher than that of 2019. If the value is
negative, each province's 2021 peace score is lower than that in 2019, which is affected the most

                       by the COVID-19 outbreak.

From Figure 3, Provinces with Low Per Capita Income and Impacts of COVID-19

There are a variety of indexes where some provinces have highly positive scores, and
others have highly negative peace scores. This reflects the ability to adapt to the impacts. However,
for some provinces with high per capita incomes, the change in peace scores decreases. The ability
to cope with the impacts increases according to the level of development of the province. An

overview of the change analysis in the Peace Indexes with the impact of COVID-19 is distributed in
                       a pointed triangle.

Suggestion 1: Promoting Peace at the Local Level

The results of the study reflect the peace level of Thailand in 2021, with an overall peace score

of moderate. At the provincial level, peace promotion ranges from increased, the same, to
decreased. There are differences in solving problems and promoting peace at the local level.
Therefore, all relevant aspects of promoting peace must be integrated. Promoting peace in the
