1) Executives from the public and private sectors, as well as
academics, knowledgeable persons, government
representatives, representatives of independent organizations,
local administrative organization officials, educational institute
staff, non-government organization staff, members of the mass
media, civil organization members, and the general public will
be given opportunities to present their academic works, as
well as to learn and to exchange ideas about several issues
regarding Rule of Law. The scope of learning and exchange
of ideas will cover the meaning of Rule of Law, enhancement
of Rule of Law in various sectors, and case studies on
problematic issues concerning enforcement of Rule of Law.

2) Academic recommendations beneficial for enhancement of
Rule of Law in Thailand will be obtained, and Rule of Law
will become an important mechanism in strengthening
sustainable democratic society.
