               (1) Role of the Government Sector


               Specific mechanisms have been established to promote cohesive
        communication and provide clarity to society. These mechanisms include

        a resolution and operations center for communication during emergency
        situations. Effective crisis communication requires the presence of

        a management center responsible for strategic planning, much like the
        CCSA, which aim to raise awareness and rectify misinformation in the

        public. This management center plays a crucial role as a messenger on
        behalf of the CCSA or the government, so it should employ a range of

        communication methods including traditional approaches such as press
        conferences conducted by the CCSA spokesperson team and social

        media to ensure consistency with the information consumption habits
        of people in today's society.
