analysis techniques, the overall evaluation of the performance of the parliament yielded

According to the summary table, the overall parliamentary performance is rated
as “Moderate” in all aspects. When considering each component individually, it is
found that the highest average score is for International policy participation, followed by
Legislative functions, Transparency and accessibility of the parliament, Accountability,
and Representation of the people, which has the lowest average score.
Important recommendations for improving the operations of the parliament
The following issues emerged based on the recommendations for the development
and improvement of the operations of the parliament.
Representation of the people. It is important to establish a minimum percentage of
female members in the parliament to ensure effective representation of various groups of
the population. This should include determining the proportion and source of members
from various groups.There should be increased opportunities for public participation
and input from stakeholders, as mandated by Article 77 of the 2017 Constitution of the
Kingdom of Thailand, especially regarding law enforcement and participation in public
administration. This will ensure comprehensive consideration of legislation and maximize
its benefits.
The timeframe for legislative processes should be clearly defined to ensure thorough
and efficient consideration by government agencies. Additionally, there should be
