                  3.  Research outcome on opinions on sustainable grassroot economic  development
                  policy through lesson extraction from groups in a community working on grassroots

                  economic  development  on  processed  agriculture,  community  tourism,  community
                  industry as follows:


                  Processed Agriculture


                         1. External environment factors comprise of 1) Policies and measures on promoting

                  community  enterprise  to  drive  grassroot  economy  and  supporting  and  accessing  capital
                  sources;  2)  public  sector  agencies  (ex.  Community  Development  Department,  provincial

                  industry offices, provincial commercial offices, Food and Drug Administration (FDA)) providing
                  support  on  goods  standard  and  product  development,  marketing,  community  product

                  distribution and research and development; 3) technology has a role in online public relations

                  and online marketing.

                         2. Internal factors comprise of 1) community capitals such as cultural capital, local

                  natural  resources  capital;  2)  community  leaders  have  roles  in  group  administration;  3)

                  community networking, groupings within the community with specific roles of exchanging
                  knowledge as well as production and marketing collaboration; 4) development of activities,

                  having knowledge and skill in product development, learning and transfer of knowledge to the
                  community.


                         3. Operation procedures comprise of 1) accessing production factors, availability of

                  local  resources,  raw  materials  and  workforce;  2)  receiving  knowledge,  local  wisdom,
                  community learning process and knowledge promotion from external agencies to enable

                  product  development  and  innovation;  4)  administration,  coordination,  public  relations,

                  marketing, branding, goods trade center, learning enter.


                         4. Operation outcomes comprise of 1) creating jobs and occupations, creating income
                  for community members; 2) strong community economy, income-based capital and savings,

                  community working capital, help and support within the community.
