Equality is one of the most supporting pillar of international
human rights law. The equality is also a foundation of the UN
Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) which is describe a hope
shared a blueprint of peace and prosperity for people of the planet.
The SDGs are guided by the purpose of people the chart of the United
Nation including respect of international law and grounded in the Universal
of Human Rights and International human rights treaties.
In 1946, a draft of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR)
is presented and cindered in the first meeting of the UN general assembly.
The aftermath, the toxicity of the genocide of WWII, the general assembly is
adopted the UD chart two years later in 1948. It is preamble the code “it is

which is an outrage of mankind”. The UDHR chart sets out a foundation for peace,
affirming of recognition inherent dignity and equal and inalienable rights. It affirms
the code of recognition of equal and inalienable rights of all members of human
family. It is the foundation of the freedom, justice, and peace in the world.
The UDHR drafting process involves representative different legal culture all UN
members’ states at the time.
