A host of contextual and structural factors associated with history, culture,
and geopolitics appear to condition the ways in which inequality affects politics and
political institutions in the region. East Asia has different plays objective of
development .It may reflects long run historical processes and geopolitics context.
Instead of highly simplifying models, future works may need to turn to history,
structure, and context to adequately comprehend the impact of inequality
on politics, or more generally the relationship between economy and politics, in the
region.
