at a referendum in that or those polling stations did not
proceed in an honest and fair manner; to revoke the electoral

right of any election candidate who acts or causes or supports
others to act in violation of organic law on the election of

the House of Representatives and the acquisition of senators,
or Rules or Notifications of the Election Commission, which

results in the elections to be in a dishonest and unfair
manner.

d. To promote and support or coordinate with state agencies,
state enterprises, or local government organizations, or to
support private organizations in providing the public with

education on the democratic regime of government with

the King as Head of the State as well as to promote the
public participation in politics.

These mandated functions were assigned to 5 bureaus working

under Office of the Election Commission of Thailand: Election
Administration Bureau, Investigation and Adjudication Bureau, Public
Participation Bureau, Political Party Affairs and Referendum Bureau,

General Administration Bureau.
