2. The Political Party Affairs Dimension assesses the
performance of the ECT in terms of administration of
supporting, overseeing and supervising, as well as
strengthening the foundation of the political party in
accordance with the principle of sustainable development.
This dimension comprises 2 major components: monitoring,
supervising, and examination of the political party’s operation;
and providing support for political parties and their
development. The two major components are subdivided
into 4 minor components and 21 indicators (6 subjective
indicators.)
3. The Investigation and Adjudication Dimension considers
the performance of the ECT regarding further implementation
of petitions, complains about or objections to the electoral
disputes, as well as taking into account of the issues and
carrying out the dispute adjudication. There are 4 major
components: the system and process of investigation,
interrogation and electoral adjudication of petitions and
complaints; personnel in charge of investigation, interrogation
and electoral adjudication; the results of the investigation,
interrogation and electoral (dispute) adjudication; and
announcement of the rules and regulations on investigation,
interrogation and electoral adjudication. The four major
components are subdivided into 7 minor components and
16 indicators (8 subjective indicators.)
