a registration as an ACPE in the regulated engineering discipline
or the engineering discipline, the applicants must meet general
and specific requirements including holding a Thai nationality,

completing a degree in engineering and having not less than
seven years since graduation. An ACPE Certificate is valid only

3 years after the issued date and required to renew the ACPE
certificate. The applicant may submit the renew application
form and pay the prescribed fee to COE within 90 days before

the expiry date and comply with the Continuing Professional
Development (CPD) policy at 150 PDU. 74

By registering as ACPE, ACPE status holders would be
eligible to apply to the PRA of a host country to be registered

as a RFPE , subject to the prevailing laws and regulations of
the host country, local and international codes of professional
conduct in accordance with the policy on ethics and conduct

established and enforced by the country of origin, and work
in collaboration with local professional engineers in the host
