Critically, since 2015, almost all questions in Part I
and Part II will be in English, except for the questions associ-
ated with Thai law or forensic medicine, which appear in Thai.
However, Part III is a practicing examination which will be totally
conducted in English.

3.2. Mutual Recognition of Engineering Services
The ASEAN Chartered Professional Engineer Coordinating
Committee (ACPECC) established as an overseeing body at the
regional level and comprise of one appointed representative
from each Monitoring Committee (MC) of the participating
ASEAN member states. Professional Regulatory Authority (PRA)
of each participating ASEAN Country will authorise a Monitoring
Committee (MC) to receive and process an application from its
professional engineers for registration as ACPE, and to maintain
the ACPER. The ACPECC has the authority to confer and withdraw
the title of ACPE. 64
According the MRA on engineering services, a Professional
Engineer (PE) who holds the nationality of an ASEAN member
country and who possesses qualifications and experiences to
