3.1.2. License/Registration

                             According to the AJCCM 2015 Goals and the objectives
                     of the MRA, member states of ASEAN have agreed on a policy
                     for temporary licensing and registration for foreign MPs in 5

                     designated categories. These include limited practice covering:
                     expert visits, education and training, humanitarian missions, and

                     research. In Thailand, the temporary license is valid for 1 year,
                     but it is renewable and granted only for practice under the
                     supervision of a fully-licensed Thai MP. In doing so, they have

                     to obtain valid license to practice from the country of origin
                     and the application has to be submitted from the director of

                     the government organization/hospital.  60

                     Thailand would need a full medical license. There are 3 principle

                     requirements for obtaining a permanent such license:
                     admission to membership in the TMC; certificate from the

                     recognised university where he or she has graduated along
                     with a valid medical license from the country of graduation;
