2007, state departments/ agencies have presented their activities, outputs,

outcomes and performance indicators in a logical framework, which is
published annually in the OPIF Book of Outputs. Additionally, Major Final
Outputs (MFOs) and indicators are reflected in agency budget proposals,

execution and accountability reports to DBM.
