Introduction to the dialogue by Asst.Prof.Dr. Poom Moolsilpa

For this afternoon session, I would like to begin with

the objectives of this dialogue. Firstly, this dialogue is to
exchange points of view and discuss the challenges

concerning the implementation of MRAs and to review the
national regulatory system which needs to be changed to
complete the implementation. Secondly, the dialogue is also

to find appropriate legal measures to deal with all possible
difficulties due to labor mobility. Finally, this session is to

discuss the possibility of cooperation to conduct research on
this topic or related topics to create the proper legal framework
leading to necessary regulatory change.
