ASEAN Qualifications Reference Framework is established to enable
comparisons of qualifications across countries which will support recognition of
qualifications, facilitate lifelong learning, promote and encourage credit transfer

providers, systems for the assessment learning and issuing of qualifications and
regulation of the issuance of certificates. More information on the provisions of
ASEAN Qualifications Reference Framework is available at http://asean.org/storage
