Thank you very much for the warm introduction.
Excellency, distinguished participants including the co-organizer,

ladies and gentlemen, this is always a privilege to come back
to any forum talking about ASEAN. Having served for five years
as the head of that organization, I have come to realize that

the actual achievement of the ASEAN vision will have to be
contributed by every ASEAN citizen, six hundred and twenty

million of them 1 now; ten countries, and we have major
