Politics and Communication Technology Ascendant. When looking at the
future, this study shows two sets of scenarios, the citizenship scenarios
and the citizen politics scenarios. According to the citizenship scenarios,

there are four alternatives, 1) Non-Citizen politics 2) Conventional Citizenship
3) Engaged Citizenship and 4) Digital Citizenship. As for the citizen politics,

there are four alternatives, 1) Government Led Politics 2) Technology Led
citizen politics 3) Citizen Led Politics and 4) Private Driven Politics. The results
of the study on the relationships of citizenship and citizen politics found that

the characteristics of citizenship affect citizen politics, while citizen politics also
affects citizenship. In addition, for strengthening citizen politics in Thailand,

there should be the enhancement of quality of citizens, and citizen politics
activities as well as enabling environment for the achievement of preferable
citizen politics. This study also provides the recommendations to reduce risks

that may arise from 1) the centralization of political power 2) unfair economic
structure and inequality 3) advances in communication technology 4) outdated

education 5) changes in political values 6) unfair enforcement of laws and
7) the implementation of government policies that affect people
