In a World Bank assessment of Talent Corp.’s REP and

RP-T, it was found that RP-T availees are “genuinely talented
global professionals.” In fact, wages of RP-Ts and comparable

Malaysian workers have a significant difference: about 4.3
times. Workers in the oil, gas and energy sector, the business
services sector and the manufacturing sector offer the highest

wages. A further analysis showed that these wage premiums
