        2. Case Study of Unfair Competition

               For many years, the issue of unfair competition has persisted

        and grown. Unfair competition serves as a significant catalyst for raising
        questions and eliciting requests from small entrepreneurs and specific

        interest groups. Facilitating the expansion of private business
        conglomerates groups of people who attain market dominance and

        establish monopolies, thereby causing challenges for other market
        participants. These challenges can ultimately impact domestic consumers,

        shaping the economic landscape into concentrated structures.
        Monopolistic practices also foster the growth of a few businesses

        and exacerbate issues of inequality across multiple dimensions.

               Within this section, we delve into two case studies of unfair

        competition:

               • Promoting fair competition according to the 2017 Trade

                   Competition Act;

               • Unfair competition in E-Marketplace platforms.
