potential in public health activities and crafts which could be the value added of
the product. The BMC was written after a training process to listen to four inner-
voices: 1) voice of thinking to indicated customer segments, key resources, key

activities, and key partners; 2) voice of feeling to indicated channels and customer
relationships; 3) voice of sensation to indicated revenue streams and a cost
structure; 4) voice of intuition to indicated social value propositions. There was a

policy-driven democratization with an ongoing budget in the municipal ordinance
related to the BMC. This was the concrete proof of societal security from inclusive
policy design.
