provincial boundaries. Apart from this, the polling station personnel and the general public still
do not understand clearly regarding laws, announcements, and orders. There were disparate
standards for arranging space and equipment of polling stations in many areas, and there was a
lack of cooperation from the public in investigating electoral fraud, particularly vote-buying.
The study suggests establishing network partners to bolster campaigns aimed at
educating the public, supervising election management, and exercising voting rights in according
to laws and truly in the spirit of participatory democracy. Additionally, developing public relations
media and communication technology in campaigning information and knowledge, as well as the
election campaigns of candidates in response to the COVID-19 epidemic situation
