The research results were found that the indicators for monitoring and evaluating the

               implementation  of  the  principles  of  good  governance  in  Thailand  were  found  that  the
               appropriateness of the indicators for monitoring and evaluating the implementation of the good
               governance  principles  of  government  organizations,  local  government  organizations,  private

               organizations (businesses)   and non-profit organizations receiving the good governance award in
               Thailand overall, there was a high level of appropriateness of indicators for monitoring and

               evaluating the implementation of the good governance principles. There are 4 main elements of
               governance with a correlation coefficient of .90 and above: 1) principle as a learning organization

               (R = .905) 2) principle of human resource development (R = .912), 3) principle of management (R
               =   . 909), and 4)   principle of information and communication technology (R =   .914) .   With the

               principle elements being a learning organization, it should be incorporated into the core element
               of  virtue.   Human  resource  development  principles,  should  be  incorporated  into  the  core
               component of accountability. As for the elements of management principles and key components

               of  information  and  communication  technology,  it  should  be  incorporated  into  the  core
               component value.


                       The results of the synthesis of indicators and criteria of good governance mapping are the
               standard for monitoring the progress of organizations in Thailand.   It can be concluded that it

               consists of 6 main measuring elements:

                       Component 1:   rule of law principle:   7 indicators:   1)   the separation of powers, 2)   the
               protection of rights and freedoms, 3) the principle of binding to the law of the authorities, 4) the

               principle of preference.   Laws in content, 5)   principles of independence in the performance of
               duties, 6)   the principle of no offense and without penalties without laws, and 7)   principles of

               working under the highest rules.

                       Component 2: moral principle: 11 indicators (originally there were 4 indicators, indicators

               1-4, and combined from the core elements as learning organizations, the other 7 indicators were
               indicators 7-11). Namely 1) free from corruption, 2) free from discipline, and 3) free from violation

               of professionalism and code of conduct, 4) executive neutrality, 5) external learning, 6) develop
               internal learning, 7) the introduction of knowledge into practice, 8) capacity building, 9) knowledge
               management, 10) use of tools and technology, and 11) building a culture of learning.
