elements, with the quality level of the indicators being the highest - the highest and the CVR

value between 0.60-1.00 (Item CVR: min. = 0.60, max. = 1.00), which can be interpreted that the

indicators and details of the Good Governance Mapping Platform description are suitable for use
in monitoring the implementation of the principles governance to practice.

Phase 3 Confirmation of the appropriateness of the principles of governance. It is
quantitative research. The sample used in this research was personnel who were in the position

of head/ deputy head of department, manager or deputy manager or the equivalent of
government organizations, local government organizations, private organizations, and non-profit

organizations that received the corporate governance award 2017 in the total of 300. The tools
used are 5- level estimation scale questionnaire. The statistics used in data analysis were
frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation.

The results of data analysis on the level of appropriateness of the indicators for monitoring
and evaluating the implementation of the principles of good governance in Thailand were found

that the appropriateness of the indicators for monitoring and evaluating the implementation of
the principles of good governance of government organizations, local government organizations,

private organizations (businesses) and non-profit organizations receiving the good governance
award in Thailand overall, there was a high level of appropriateness of indicators for monitoring

and evaluating the implementation of the good governance principles. The appropriateness of
indicators for monitoring and evaluating the implementation of the principles of good governance
of government organizations that have received the good governance award in Thailand as a

whole, there is a high level of suitability for monitoring and evaluating the implementation of the
good governance principles of government organizations. When considering each component, it

was found that there was a level of suitability for use in monitoring and evaluation at a high level,
all 10 components were ordered in descending order of the average level of appropriateness in

their application as follows: morality, rule of law, value participation, information and
communication technology, management, transparency, responsibility, learning organization and

finally human resource development.

Phase 4 Establishment of the good governance mapping standard indicator platform is
quantitative research by analyzing the correlation with Pearson's multiple correlation coefficient.
