Component 5: responsibility principle: 16 indicators ( originally 6 indicators, namely

improvement, 14) staffing, 15) building trust and 16) organizational engagement.
Component 6: value principle: 15 indicators (originally 3 indicators, indicators 1-3, and a
total of 8 key management elements, indicators 4-11 and combined from the other 4 key
components of information and communication technology, indicators 12-15) were 1) saving
2) resource utilization for maximum benefit 3) competitiveness 4) legal compliance 5) people
demand survey 6) management strategy 7) cooperative management 8) research studies 9) risk
forecasting 10) decentralization 11) people's service It is not regulated, 12) the data set is
managed, 13) the information network, 14) the technology linkage, and 15) the practical use of
the technology.
From the research phase 1 - 4, the good governance mapping platform for 4 standard
indicators was obtained for organizations that received the good governance award, namely
government organizations, local government organizations, private organizations, and non-profit
organizations for further monitoring and evaluation of organizations that have received good
governance awards.
