the three southern border provinces. Regarding the aforementioned target groups,
the government should focus on promoting equality and they should be provided
the opportunity to participate in driving the country. However, some ethnic groups
are still discriminated, and women and other genders suffer inequality of wages.
Laborers, the poor, the disabled, and the underprivileged are discriminated against
with no access to equal rights and opportunities they should receive.

Therefore, there should be appropriate social security and welfare for all ages,
ethnic groups, genders, and sexualities. Moreover, giving the opportunity to the
poor, the disabled, and the unfortunate to access public services, education, equal
resource allocation, and effective welfare should be recognized. The discussion
involves qualified speakers and researchers to share opinions, experiences, and
policies related to the rights and opportunities to access public services for all
population groups. Gender equality, ethnic groups, and the underprivileged will be
taken into account to develop a progressive society. All groups should be equally
protected from the state without being left behind in order to drive the democratic
quality at the foundation level. Eliminating discrimination, repression, and injustice
will be proposed in guidelines for strengthening equality for the entire population in
the society.
