9. Planning Department

9.1 Provides the Commission with economical,

efficient and effective services relating
to planning, programming and project

development.
9.2 Develops and maintains a management
information system responsive to the needs

of the Commission for decision-making.
9.3 Conducts programs for management

improvement, in cooperation with the various
departments and offices of the Commission.
9.4 Coordinates with other departments and

offices in planning the allocation and
utilization of manpower and material
resources of the Commission.

9.5 Develops and implements a research
program of the Commission relative to the
administration of elections, referendums

and other programs and projects of the
Commission.
