10. Information Technology Department (ITD)
10.1 Provides services for all Information
Technology concerns and computing
solutions to requirements of the Commission
on Elections.
10.2 Develops and maintains computerized
application systems based on identified needs
and requirements.
10.3 Provides Information Technology related
services that may be accorded to or
requested by Comelec end-users, the
academe, the media, and the general
public.
10.4 Ensures quality assurance and optimal
operations performance and recommend
improved methods and procedures for the
Comelec systems requiring Information
Technology support.
10.5 Exercise functional supervision over the
regional offices.
