the Finance Services Department, while the DEDO oversees the
operations of all offices and departments performing substantive functions:

Office of the Regional Election Directors, Election and Barangay Affairs
Department, Law Department, and Elections Records and Statistics
Department.

The Central Office has ten (10) departments, namely:

1. Administrative Services Department (ASD)
1.1 Provides all the housekeeping services of

the Commission including custody and
disbursement of funds, purchase of supplies
and equipment; custody, maintenance and

repair of properties; security of officers and
personnel; and use of motor vehicles.
1.2 Prepares payrolls, treasury warrants, and

checks.
1.3 Releases treasury warrants and checks.

1.4 Provides for the custody and maintenance of
internal records.
1.5 Administers the Library.

1.6 Exercises functional supervision over the
Regional Offices.
