                          Agus Pramusinto is a professor and the chairman of  the Department of Public Policy

                  and Management,  Universitas  Gadjah Mada, Yogyakarta, Indonesia. He received his BA Honors
                  in Public Administration from Gadjah Mada University, Master in Development Administration

                  and Ph.D in Policy and Governance from the Australian National University. He has participated
                  in international conferences and   just contributed some  chapters:
