to come back to live in the country where they were before.

This is another concern; the concern of losing the trained or
                 brain drain.

My advice is to take ASEAN as one landscape and

keep that in mind that we need to move this community
forward. We need to enhance the integration among us. We

need to shape and care about each other. Every profession
will have to think larger than itself, beyond its own space or
platform because if you think only of protecting your own

term then the purpose of integration, the vision of exchange,
caring and sharing would not be achieved. Then, we would go

on to be separate entities into the future in every area. Then,
we would not be able to share the human resources and
development with each other. Then, we are going to continue

to have disparity in our socio-cultural, economic development
because we are not really accommodating each other’s needs.

So, take ASEAN as one landscape knowing that if
the whole space of ASEAN is lifted up in health, in economic
development, in prosperity, then, we are likely to increase the

25 percent of trade among us and between us and strengthen
this community further and together, we grow. We will become

more attractive to foreign investment coming in to help us
develop our landscape, our economies. 130-140 billion US dollars
a year is coming into ASEAN; 50 million in Myanmar, Laos and
