us define the word “skilled labor” into the real categories that

we need in order to support economic integration, community
building, and as you know, they have agreed on the medical
profession: many doctors, dentists, nurses, engineers, architects,

accountants because you need accountants to go around and
look after your income, your expenses. People in the hospitality

industry, people who work in the hotel like this, I think there
are more than twenty positions in the hotel industry that could
be moved from one country to the next, from one hotel to

the next. And the other one is the surveyors who go out and
survey the value and the cost and the worth of the family you

want to get into business with, of the property you need to
                 acquire. You need a surveyor.

Now, we have agreed on those eight professions, but

we have not gone very far. That is a subject you want to talk
about because first, we have Mutual Recognition Arrangements

(MRAs), meaning that we recognized the level of technical training
for medical doctors, nurses, engineers, architects, for only
eight professions, we recognized each other. We recognized

the competency of Chulalongkorn Medical School. We honor
or we take the level of training of medical school of University

of Philippines. But to move people, you need more than just
mutual recognition or an accreditation. That’s why in every
profession, in every member stage, you need a focal point:

nursing in Thailand has a focal point at nursing association,
