Issues for group discussion

1) Investigation, acquisition of evidence, and the court procedure
for political corruption cases in accordance with Due Process
of Law as stipulated in the constitution and the laws, as well
as the interpretation of the Constitutional Court to protect the

rights of the accused.

2) There are problems arising from activities conducted by
various organizations that are relevant to political corruption
cases.

3) Mechanisms and structures of the organizations involved in
investigation, acquisition of evidence, and court procedures in
political corruption cases as found in various foreign countries.

4) Recommendations on establishment of efficient and legitimate
organizations and judicial process for political corruption cases
in accordance with the Rule of Law.
