higher standards of parliamentary operations. Several countries' parliaments worldwide have
initiated such transformations. For instance, the National Assembly of the Republic of Korea
utilizes "Natv" a communication channel aiming to present live broadcasts of parliamentary
meetings, committee sessions, and legislative activities to uphold citizens' rights in
parliamentary affairs. It allows public commentary to aid in democratic development.
Similarly, the United States Congress utilizes a communication channel named "C-
SPAN" a cable television and satellite network airing television broadcasts. Its content includes
coverage of parliamentary sessions, House of Representatives meetings, Senate sessions,
committee meetings, member interviews, administrative leader briefings, and parliament-
related news. Furthermore, C-SPAN extends its communication avenues to C-SPAN Podcasts,
C-SPAN radio, and various online social media platforms. C-SPAN buses also travel to different
cities to publicize parliament's activities to citizens. In Europe, the European Parliament, the
single parliamentary institution of the European Union, comprises directly elected members
representing the European Union states. To provide public information, the European
Parliament employs various media formats, including radio and television broadcasts,
presenting live debates, committee discussions, and direct information about ongoing events.
The European Parliament has its website, " Europarltv" an online television channel
broadcasting the parliament's work globally for wider accessibility.

top-down information dissemination, there is a necessity to transition towards a bottom-up
approach to facilitate the Parliament's effectiveness. This may involve collaborations with
local government organizations, civil society, private sectors, citizens, or local media outlets.
It is essential to alter formats, content, and language to be easily understandable,
uncomplicated, and accessible in a single access point, as the Parliament's communication
channels, serving as intermediaries for information dissemination to the public, plays
a significant role in fostering and supporting public political participation and knowledge
dissemination within the democratic framework. The Parliament's communication channels
should be easily accessible, up-to-date, and responsive to recipients' preferences. Information
disseminated should be accurate and current, centralized for clarity across various
