So, the mechanism connecting the CPC and the State is very similar to
parliamentary system. In the Britain, the party is the parliament is the legislature,
legislative branch, and consists of House of Commons and House of Lords. The ruling
party has the majority in the parliament and the ruling party make laws through
legislative process and party group is mechanism.. is the major mechanism. and in
China we have the similar mechanism to the British parliamentary system. That’s the
