The developments of community participation process of developing partners

group of community security along border in Sisaket Province to decrease inequality

using community-based approach were: 1) Knowledge, 2) Stability of occupation and

income, 3) Creation of developing equality of both group and community without indivisibility,

4) Understanding and wide communication, 5) Grouping under the needs of the people in the

community and 6) Providing community as a base for development.
